At the recent Annual Congress of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (#EANM24) held in Vienna from 19-23 October 2024, Mahnaz Shekari from Barcelonaβeta Brain Research Center (BBRC) delivered a pivotal presentation during the EARL session titled “EARL – Harmonisation: The Path For New Criteria and New Accreditations.”

In her talk, “EARL’s New Brain PET/CT Accreditation – Methodology Confirmation”, Mahnaz presented the new EARL accreditation for brain PET harmonization in multi-center studies. The harmonization method, validated in the AMYPAD study, is now being used by EARL.
