The Euro-PAD 2026 Symposium was held in Genoa on May 28–29, bringing together researchers from 15 European centers to strengthen and expand the Euro-PAD community. Over two days, participants shared new data, discussed ongoing and future collaborations, and presented recent scientific advances across the consortium, fostering an active exchange of ideas and expertise. The scientific programme featured four plenary sessions dedicated to brain microstructure, disease modelling, risk factors, and neuropathology, highlighting key developments across complementary areas of research. The meeting was supported by GE HealthCare and Lantheus, whose contributions helped enable a productive and collaborative scientific gathering.
