October marks best month to date for recruitment of DPMS research participants

We are pleased to announce that October was the most successful month to date with 60 new research participants randomised in the AMYPAD Diagnostic and Management Study (DPMS). We currently have 549 research participants recruited and more than 300 amyloid PET scans performed. As initially planned, eight sites received the approval for AMYPAD DPMS and are now active and running:

  • UNIGE, Geneva, Switzerland
  • VUmc, Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • CHUT, Toulouse, France
  • BBRC, Barcelona, Spain
  • UKK, Cologne, Germany
  • UCL, London, UK
  • CHUV, Lausanne, Switzerland
  • KI, Stockholm, Sweden.

All eight sites are active and focused on recruiting the number of participants required for a successful study. The population target for this study is 900 participants.
