The first public presentation of AMYPAD was during the Lancet Neurology Conference “Preclinical neurodegenerative disease: towards prevention and early diagnosis”.  There, Prof. Frederik Barkhof was able to present a high-level overview of the AMYPAD project in the form of a poster entitled “Secondary Prevention of Alzheimer’s Disease: the EPAD and AMYPAD studies”.

This conference was held in London last October (2016) and aimed at disseminating findings on preclinical neurodegenerative diseases in their preclinical stage (before symptoms).
